The loading arm is designed to pneumatically load cement in standard size Mississippi river barges. The loading arm consists of two trusses, connected by a gear bearing. The base of the first truss section is mounted on a gear bearing so that both truss sections are able to rotate in 2 directions for maximum reach. A loading bellow is mounted at the end of the loading arm. The loading bellow is connected to an airslide that feeds the the loading arm by aerating and fluidizing the cement.
